I noticed that there are two transactions on my wallet every time I buy a fund. Can you explain to me why?
Arrow

Absolutely! We want to make sure that your investment with Moniflo goes smoothly and without problems.

When you buy a fund, we deduct the estimated investment amount and another 5% from your wallet to account for possible price changes. This is a precautionary measure as the final price (NAV) is not yet known. This deduction is the first transaction you see in your wallet.

However, once the final price is confirmed, we will refund you the difference between the original blocked amount and the final price. This refund is the second transaction you will see in your wallet.

Don't forget that price fluctuations of more than 5% are extremely rare, but we do this to make sure that your transaction can be completed without any problems. So please don't worry, we have everything under control.

Do you offer the wallet in the app?
Arrow

No, we don't. But we have a payment provider in the background and therefore we can offer you everything you need to invest on the platform. Our partner is the Luxembourg-based payment company Mangopay. Most of you won't know this company - for a good reason: Mangopay doesn't have their own private customers (with their own stores or an app), but supplies platforms and marketplaces like ours with a payment system. They hold a payments license and are subject to strict payments regulations and supervision by the Luxembourg regulator (CSSF). Their task is to supervise all banks, insurance companies, and securities trading.

All Moniflo wallets are affiliated with Mangopay, so you officially sign a contract with them as well. However, we at Moniflo always take care of all your questions, concerns and ideas directly and ourselves. We are your contact person, around the clock. Does this still sound confusing? We will gladly explain it to you in detail. Call or write us.

I see Mangopay listed in my contract and in my bank statement. Who are they?
Arrow

Mangopay is a payment provider that we work with in the background to provide the payment portal in the app.
