We hold each of your investments in a separate custody account in your name. This means that your investments are completely separated from those of other users, giving you the peace of mind that your investments are safe.

Each mutual fund share in your portfolio has a legally binding record that serves as proof of ownership. This record is a digital record represented by tokens on the Stellar blockchain, which uses advanced digital ledger technology. We chose Stellar because it is more energy efficient and cost effective than other financial records. Rest assured that while the records are public, they are fully anonymized to protect your privacy.

It is important to know that the Stellar blockchain on which your securities tokens are recorded is not owned or controlled by invesTRe or our sub-custodians. This gives you added peace of mind, knowing that your investments are registered on a neutral and independent platform.

At Moniflo, the safety and protection of our investors is our top priority. That's why we offer our investors comprehensive protection through the Investor Compensation Scheme Luxembourg (SIIL), also known as Système d'Indemnisation des Investisseurs Luxembourg. This means that in the unlikely event that a member institution defaults, eligible investors will be compensated immediately up to a maximum of €20,000 (unless otherwise specified) per investor, per institution. Please note that losses due to market price changes are not covered by the SIIL.

In the rare event that one of our subcontractors fails, we recover all assets on behalf of our investors. We understand that the temporary inability to buy or sell mutual fund shares can be worrisome, but you can rest assured that the fund shares are held in a special account at a trusted sub-custodian to ensure their safety.
