How long does it take for an order to be processed?

Why am I only given an approximate investment amount when I buy or sell fund shares?

We understand that it can be confusing to see an approximate investment amount when buying or selling shares in a fund. This is because the value of the fund's assets can change several times during the day.

To help you make informed decisions, we show you the last available price. Please keep in mind that the exact value (NAV) of the shares is calculated only once a day and the price you actually pay is determined at the end of the trading day.

You can be sure that we will update your order immediately with the confirmed price and send it to you by email. Our goal is to make investing as transparent and uncomplicated as possible for you.

When I buy fund shares, why does the amount deducted from my wallet exceed the approximate investment amount shown?

We want to make sure your investment order is processed smoothly, and we understand that it can be confusing when a higher amount than the approximate investment shown is deducted from your wallet.

The reason for this is that the final price (NAV) is not yet known when you place your order. As a precautionary measure, we block the investment amount plus an additional 5% to compensate for possible price fluctuations.

Please note that it is very rare that the price varies by up to 5%. However, this is done to ensure that your order can be processed successfully and without any problems.

When and how will I know the confirmed price (NAV) of my installation?

As soon as it is available to us, we will update your order immediately and send you a confirmation by e-mail.

Where can I view the performance of my investments?

It is important that you review your portfolio regularly to ensure that you are meeting your investment goals and to make necessary adjustments to your portfolio based on your changing investment goals, risk tolerance, and market conditions.

How is the fund performance calculated?

We calculate the past performance of your investment fund with the so-called calculation of the average acquisition price. It is calculated every day with the current price (NAV).

It tells you how well your investment has performed in the past, without taking into account future costs or fees.

It is based on the difference between the purchase price and the last price (NAV) of the shares or units you own. Please keep in mind that past performance only applies to the past and does not always predict what will happen in the future.
