How do I access Moniflo?

The app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

After logging in to the device of your choice, you can already use the filters and fund lists to search for investments that match your values.

Before you can make your first investment, you need to verify your identity, prove your residency, and deposit money into your account. You also need to read and agree to the terms and conditions of Moniflo and Mangopay, the wallet provider.

Once these steps are complete, you can start investing in the app.

What types of services does Moniflo offer?

Moniflo is a marketplace where you can buy and sell investment funds. With the tools in the app you can browse the fund list and select funds that match your personal values. We want to empower users to make their own decisions when it comes to their investments.

When you buy or sell a mutual fund, Moniflo makes the process as easy, smooth and cost-effective as possible. Once you place an order, we take care of everything - from payment to execution to safekeeping of the funds once they're in your portfolio. You decide what you want to buy or sell, and we take care of the rest.

We do not offer personalized investment advice to the Moniflo community. Instead, we provide you with the tools and data you need to make investment decisions based on your personal values.

Can I buy and sell investment funds?

The funds on our platform are suitable for all investors. You can open an investment account if you are over 18 years old and reside in one of the following countries.

Before you can make your first investment with Moniflo, you must verify your identity, prove your residency, and deposit money into your account. You also need to read and agree to the terms and conditions of Moniflo and Mangopay, our payment provider.

What types of investment funds can I find on Moniflo?

Because we focus on values-based investing, we only list investment funds that pursue environmental or social goals or have sustainable investment objectives. To determine whether funds meet these criteria, we use the EU SFDR regulation.

We do not offer ETFs or structured funds because experts agree that they have their limitations with regard to value-based investing.

The funds you will find with us are suitable for all investors - shares in so-called "non-complex UCITS". We have chosen these funds because they are strictly regulated and, according to experts, offer the best investor protection. The funds on our platform are denominated in euros, do not pay dividends and publish a daily price (NAV).

How can I file a complaint?

How do you handle complaints?

At Moniflo we strive to put the customer at the center of everything we do, but sometimes we can be wrong and for that we are very sorry.

If you would like to file a formal complaint, the best way is to send us an email to complaints@moniflo.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible. For full details, please see our Complaints Policy and Procedure.

If, at the end of the complaints procedure, for any reason you are not satisfied with the way we have handled your complaint, you may contact the Luxembourg financial supervisory authority, the CSSF. The CSSF is the competent authority for receiving complaints from customers (natural or legal persons) of traders subject to its supervision and acts as an intermediary to reach an amicable settlement of these complaints.

The out-of-court settlement of disputes is voluntary and free of charge.
